Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities
Relationship Building:

Establish and scale referral networks with insurance adjusters, claims managers, brokers, and property managers.
Franchise Support:
-
Drive franchisee recruitment, assist with onboarding, and ensure brand consistency across territories.
Market Positioning:
- Build brand presence, manage adjuster marketing collateral, and position the firm as a preferred vendor.
Strategic Growth:
- Pursue TPA/vendor programs, target commercial accounts, and align sales with operational delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience:
- 5+ years in business development with direct restoration claims experience (mandatory).
Skills:

Strong negotiation skills, proven network in insurance/property management, and deep understanding of the claims process.

Restoration Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
Claim Management:

Oversee multiple emergency and restoration claims simultaneously from start to finish.
Documentation & Estimating:
-
Utilize industry software to produce precise scopes, reports, and job documentation.
Client Service:
- Provide top-tier customer communication and navigate property owner dynamics through the claims process.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on restoration project management experience.
Technical Proficiency:
-
Strong working knowledge of Xactimate, XactAnalysis, DocuSketch, and Encircle.
Certifications:
-
Active IICRC WRT and AMRT certifications (willingness to obtain advanced certifications as required).
Skills:

Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, and customer relationship skills.
Water Restoration Tech
Full-time Position📍 Location: Hamilton / Burlington, ON
Starting At: $24.00 – $27.00/hr + Performance Bonuses
